Support Worker - Accommodation

We’re seeking dedicated Support Workers with flexible availability to join our Supported Accommodation team, providing care for adults with high and complex disability needs—including our new SHIFT Specialist Disability Accommodation.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker at Enchor, you will:

  • Deliver holistic support across all aspects of daily living, including maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment, attending outings and medical appointments, assisting with personal hygiene, and supporting daily routines—all while promoting dignity and respect.
  • Engage with participants in a meaningful, person-centred way that fosters trust and empowerment.
  • Safely transport participants to and from activities and outings using Enchor vehicles.
  • Accurately document all services and supports provided, including time-sheets, case notes, and incident reports.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Availability to work any day of the week (Monday to Sunday) in supported accommodation settings.
  • A commitment to creating inclusive, person-centred environments.
  • Experience supporting individuals with diverse disabilities.
  • Comfort working in participants’ homes and contributing to a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • A strong understanding of active support practices and customer-focused care.
